Yamashita Tomohisa has begun a new show on Fuji TV called "Otona no Kiss Eigo" in which he attempts to pracitce/learn English. Yamapi's a host in this show.  This program aims to help people in learning english through a variety of absurd projects. In the first episode Yamashita will have to face a foreign beauty in a one-room apartment. He is given the task to make her kiss him through conversations or games. Of course he will need to make full use of English. Yamashita Tomohisa will be starring in a film on October 11, 2014. The story will be a live adaptation of a popular shoujo manga by Mikimoto Rin, Kinkyori Renai (Close Range Love) which sold a total of 180 million copies. It will be about the love story of a prodigy schoolgirl with a cool reserve and a tsundere, handsome teacher.  Yamapi will be playing the role of a teacher for the first time. He'll be playing the role of Haruka Sakurai who is a ladies man and is very popular with the girl students for his beautiful appearance. He is very confident and has a high pride and has never been in love with people's glance. The role of Uni Kururugi will be played by  Nana Komatsu . Uni often wears a neko hair clip.  The cast will also include Mizukawa Asami, Yamamoto Mizuki, Hirofumi Arai, and Kotaki Nozomu (Johnny's WEST). First... my Aniki's drama will be aired!!! * bounce * The title of the drama is 'Summer Nude '.   Akhirnya setelah Prodai di 2007 ( buzer beat termasuk drama bergenre romance ga seh? ), Pi kembali dapat film romance lagi. Disini Pi akan berperan sebagai Asahi Mikuya seorang wedding photografer terkenal yang baru saja ditinggal oleh kekasihnya. Sang kekasih ini akan diperan kan oleh Masami, jadi berasa kembali kejaman Rei dan Ken (tapi ini bukan sequelnya Prodai lho XD). Namun Masami bukan lead actress di drama ini, yang menjadi lead actress-nya adalah Karina. Karina akan berperan sebagai Natsuki Chiyohara, seorang manager disebuah resto Italia. Nasib Natsuki tidak jauh berbeda dengan Asahi, ia juga baru saja ditinggalkan oleh pacarnya. Dan disaat itulah ia bertemu dengan Asahi. Ikutama Toma: When he was in junior high and high school, Yamashita often said “I don’t want to go to school”, so when I heard that he was proceeding to university, I went “Ah, is that so!” and was rather surprised. When it was confirmed that he had to be retained, I sent him a mail “Congratulations on getting retained” which encompassed the meaning of “This time, do your best” (laughs). I didn’t go to university so I can’t say wonderful things, but I think it’s great that he’s working so hard. credit: imachameleon@tumblr Menurutnya ia sama keras kepalanya seperti Ibunya XD waktu kecil dia sangat cengeng, bahkan dia akan menangis jika ditinggal ibunya pergi sebentar berbelanjaXD cinta pertamanya ketika ia masih SD,  selama duduk dibangku sekolah dasar tsb hanya ada 1 gadis yang ia sukai, namun sayangnya ia malah jarang berbicara kepada gadis tersebut. dia mengaku gampang nangis, tapi tidak didepan orang lain, namun faktanya dia pernah nangis didepan Jin (Akanishi Jin) ketika putus dengan pacarnya ketika SMP#LOL saat ia kelas 1 SMA, Toma (Ikuta Toma) kelas 2 sementara Jun (Matsumoto Jun) kelas 3, dan mereka bertiga sangat dekat. Jin sering ngasih dia kalung , katanya seh kalung persahabatan dan 1 orang lagi yang juga sering menerima kalung pemberian Jin adalah Yuu (Shirota Yuu) Yamapi dan Yuu adalah satu teman sekelas sewaktu SMA, Yuu sering membantunya belajar, terutama pada pelajaran bahasa Inggris.
